Herbst 2020: Die COVID-19-Pandemie ist allgegenwärtig. Auch im reichen Europa. Schon vorher war die Zahl derjenigen Menschen, die auf der Flucht vor Krieg, Hunger, Ungerechtigkeit und Armut sind, beschämend hoch. Und die Pandemie trifft die Regionen, aus denen die Flüchtlinge kommen, in der Regel noch härter als uns.
Doch wir kümmern uns scheinbar nur noch um uns selbst. Die Flüchtlinge schaffen es kaum noch in die täglichen Nachrichten.
Vor diesem Hintergrund ist die Serie „SOS! Europe? We can’t read you anymore!“ entstanden. Siebdruck, 6-teilig je 40×40 cm, 5-farbig, Auflage: 5

Fall 2020: The COVID-19 pandemic is omnipresent. Even in rich Europe. Even before that, the number of people fleeing war, hunger, injustice and poverty was shamefully high. And the pandemic usually hits the regions from which the refugees come even harder than us.
But apparently we only care about ourselves. The refugees hardly make it into the daily news.
Against this background, the series „SOS! Europe? We can’t read you anymore!“ originated. Screen printing, 6 parts, each 40×40 cm, 5 colors, edition: 5
